Nishtha has been part of Helping Hands Behaviour Support since 2023 and brings a strong background in education, administration and service coordination. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
As Operations Manager, Nishtha plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of HHBS and ensuring services are coordinated effectively. She works closely with participants, families, therapists and other professionals to support clear communication, smooth scheduling and consistent service delivery. Her responsibilities include client and practitioner coordination, onboarding, documentation, compliance and operational support.
Nishtha values clear communication, collaboration and creating efficient systems that support quality service delivery. She is passionate about ensuring participants and families have a positive and well-coordinated experience with HHBS.
Outside of work, Nishtha enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places.
