I am a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner who has met the suitability requirements to provide behaviour support under the NDIS framework. I have experience working in early intervention and community-based settings, collaborating with participants, families, and other professionals to support individual developmental and behavioural goals.
My practice focuses on person-centred, strengths-based, and evidence-informed approaches. I aim to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where participants feel understood, respected, and empowered. I build relationships through patience, empathy, active listening, and play-based interactions, while working closely with families to understand each participant’s strengths, preferences, communication styles, and support needs.
