Professional Profile

I am an NDIS Behaviour Support Therapist with a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), supported by a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and experience working with individuals with disabilities and developmental needs aged 13 to 22.

My experience includes providing behavioural support, implementing evidence-based strategies, and collaborating with participants, families, and other professionals to support individual behavioural and developmental goals.

My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and guided by evidence-based practices. I focus on understanding each participant’s unique strengths, needs, preferences, communication style, and behaviours. I aim to promote independence, develop meaningful life skills, and improve participation in everyday activities.

Through empathy, patience, active listening, and collaboration, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where participants feel respected, understood, and empowered.

I am committed to supporting each participant to achieve their personal goals, build confidence, and improve their quality of life while respecting their dignity, rights, and individual choices.
