I am a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (ID:P1343271) with a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University, a Master of Education in Special Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. My professional experience spans special education, early childhood education, research, and behaviour support across India, New Zealand, South Korea, and Australia. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, communication difficulties, emotional regulation needs, mental health challenges, and behaviours of concern across home, school, and community settings.
My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and collaborative. I take time tounderstand each participant’s communication, sensory, emotional, and environmental needs, as well as their strengths, preferences, goals, and cultural context. I recognise the
importance of culturally responsive practice and work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to develop individualised approaches that are meaningful, practical, and responsive to each person’s needs.
What motivates me most is seeing participants develop greater confidence, independence, communication, and participation in their daily lives. I particularly value developing individualised, evidence-informed behaviour support approaches and practical resources that promote meaningful skill development, emotional regulation, communication, independence, and consistency across environments. Outside of work, I enjoy watercolour painting, reading, playing badminton, and spending time outdoors walking and hiking.
