Qualification: 

  • BA-Psych, BA-Psych(Hons), MC-PSYCHED (Current)

Marta graduated with an Honour’s Degree in Psychology in 2021, now undertaking the Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental), and is currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. Marta also has experience volunteering at the Raise Foundation as a Youth Mentor in a school setting and at Lifeline as a Text Crisis Supporter. 

In the Positive Behaviour Support space, Marta strives to offer a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental environment. Marta seeks to foster positive outcomes and improve the quality of life for NDIS participants through utilizing evidence-based practices. 

In her spare time, Marta enjoys watching TV and spending time with family and friends.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Specializing: Marketing & Management);
  • Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing

From SEO to content marketing, structuring website to nurturing micro strategies, graphics planning to video editing; Salwa has a wide experience within digital industry. Strategizing & executing to grow any sort of business is what she’s more passionate about.  

Layal

Behavioural Therapist

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology); Diploma of Mental Health. 

My accomplishments:

  • 40hrs RBT training in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) including those with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and other co-occurring disorders. 
  • ASD-focused evidence-based interventions training. 
  • 150hrs working with adults facing unique challenges; specifically, alcohol and other drugs. 
  • Volunteer work at a homeless shelter and elderly citizen home. 

Besides my passion for making a positive impact, I’m all about embracing creativity. Whether it’s detailed fashion, vintage aesthetics, or unique personalities! I often channel this energy by embarking on new adventures with my loved ones. I firmly believe life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, and I’m always down for a laugh.
